If you intend to seek reimbursement through the Texas STEP Grant Program, you should first obtain the necessary STEP approvals before authorizing reimbursable work. Optimize 360 will assist in structuring project timelines to help support compliance, but grant approval and reimbursement decisions remain solely with the administering authority.
